He comes from a background of 7 years in business with a focus in procuring and that brings management and negotiation skills, bear when working with his real estate clients. Wayne Caneza attended Louisiana State University and earned a Bachelors in business management, and his skills and experience in business give him a unique insight into how to work well with clients and how to give the client the best experience while also achieving the best deals. Wayne entered the Real Estate world in order to create his own business, and to be able to work with in a city he loves, Orlando.

Wayne lives in College Park, Orlando, Florida with wife, Amanda. He spends most of his free time with his forever growing family.
